Samantha Dillon is a senior Solicitor admitted to practise in Queensland and New South Wales. Samantha is also admitted to practise in the High Court and is able to represent you in the Federal Court of Australia.
Samantha obtained a Degree in Law at QUT in Brisbane and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Queensland University. Samantha Dillon undertook 5 years articles of clerkship on the Gold Coast and has practised predominately in the following areas since her admission to practise in 1993:
- Commercial and estate litigation
- Wills and Estates – estate planning
- Estate litigation
Samantha has obtained a reputation as being a great negotiator and strives to obtain the best results for her clients and provides an honest appraisal regarding her clients prospects of success. Samantha also has an interest in estate planning and Wills and estates and has practised in this area for many years.
Nicola was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1998 and was a partner of a medium sized law firm in Portsmouth before emigrating to Australia in 2007. Nicola is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and brings a wealth of experience in advising clients on complex estate planning matters and estate litigation (family provision claims).
Jack is studying at University a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce. He began working for the firm in early 2016 and hopes that the experience he gains will assist him in his future legal career. Jack enjoys doing debt collection work for a variety of clients and legal research.
Shannon has extensive administration and secretarial experience and has worked in law firms in New Zealand, United Kingdom and the Gold Coast providing administrative and paralegal assistance to lawyers over many years.
Anita has been working in the legal industry on the Gold Coast since 1986. She has administrative experience in all areas of law and worked for many years as a paralegal in the fields of wills and estates and commercial litigation. Anita now works part time to allow her time to assist in the family business.
Isabella is studying at QUT a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business. Isabella commenced working for the firm in 2019 and is currently doing legal research and administration.
